RentReporters is a team of experts comprised from the Financial, Lending, Real Estate, Property Management, and Credit Management Industries who have come together for one reason:

To make a method of reporting rent for tenants that was quick and easy for the consumer and acceptable to creditors for verification purposes.

RentReporters was born out of years of being in the credit industry and seeing a better way for renters to get credit for the rent they pay.

We've worked for people who faced the challenge of trying to rent an apartment after college on their own. We understand the embarrassment of less than perfect credit, and know of the disappointment of trying to get a mortgage, only to be turned down or face outrageous rates because of a lack of credit history. How We Started:

The principals of RentReporters have been in the fields of lending, real estate, and credit reporting for over 25 years.

In providing credit reports for lenders we often provided a rental verification because most landlords don't report these accounts to the bureaus.

We knew that this automated reporting need was going unmet by traditional reporting methods. Tenants were not getting credit for the rent they paid. We also knew that there was no company providing unbiased service to tenants, landlords and lenders.

With this realization, RentReporters began as a service bureau to provide a link between tenants and the bureaus.
