How long until my rent shows up on my credit report?
Your rent can appear on your credit report in as little as 10 days after we verify it, under the name “RR/Residence.” Individual results vary.
How do I update my payment method?
You can update your card anytime from your account billing page, or start a chat and we’ll walk you through it.
Can I report rent from a previous lease?
Yes. Up to two years on your current lease, plus up to two more years from any previous lease that ended within the past two years, up to four years total.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime from your RentReporters dashboard: log in and you’ll find the option in your account settings.
