How quickly will I see results?

You could see your updated score in as little as 10 days after we verify and report your rent. Look for your rent on your credit report under the name “RR/Residence.” Individual results vary, and a specific score cannot be guaranteed.

Will signing up hurt my credit?

No. Enrolling does not require a hard credit pull.

Can I report past rent?

Yes — up to two years of past rent per lease (up to four years with a second lease) to give your history a head start.
